Open Template In Psp. Duplicate template Shift D And Close The Original.

Delete The Copyright. Ok Open 3 Papers Of Choice. Minimise In psp. Over In your Color palette Click on Foreground And Select Pattern And Choose Your Paper Of Choice. Select Your Rectangle 1 Layer On Your Template.Selections,Select All.Float,Defloat.Floodfill With your Pattern.Selections Modify expand by 3.Add A New layer And Flood Fill This Layer White. Move this Layer Below your Rectangle 1 Layer. selection none.Add Drop Shadow 0,0,40,3 black.

Select You Rectangle 2 Layer. Open your Color Palette Choose foreground And Choose Another Paper. Select All Select float Select Defloat.Floodfill With your New Pattern. Selections modify expand by 3.Add a New Layer And floodfill This Layer White.Move this Layer Below Your Rectangle 2 Layer.Selctions none. Add Drop Shadow As Above.

Open Two Flowers of Choice. Change In Your Color Palatte Just Like We did With the Papers.Select Frame 1. Select All Float Defloat. Floofill With Your Pattern.Select Modify expand by 3 add a new layer.floodfill white.Move This Layer Below Your Frame 1 Layer select none. Add Drop Shadow. Do The Same with Frame 2 But Make Sure You use The Other Flower for this frame.

Select your photo 1 layer select all float defloat open image of choice copy and paste as a new layer resize and arrange to liking.select invert delete. Repeat This For photo Layer 2 use a different image for this layer.Copy And paste A Bow as a new Layer And Place In between The Two frames .Select all Float Defloat Add a New Layer.Floodfill This White Move This layer Below the Bow Add drop Shadow.select none.

Select Your Background Layer.Copy And Paste A Paper Of choice.Open Your Mask in Psp.Layers New Mask layer From image Find Your Mask Hit ok.Merge Group.Duplicate Your Mask layer and Select Your Original Mask layer.Adjust Blur gaussian blur radius 20.Toadies ommadawn 17,16,234,17.Click On The Lines so all the Lines Are selected.Hit Delete On Key Board.Select None.Change The opacity on This layer to 66.Select Your Copy mask layer And i Changed The Blend Mode to Color Legacy.

Add Your Copyright.Add Your text.And Save Your Tag.
